Only 2 6-point weeks allowed during challenge. Seems pretty simple to me. So you have to committ to one workout a day 5 days a week? Minimum duration 30 minutes? Sounds pretty simple to me... Im assuming you only credit one workout a day even if someone does two? Some flexibility for the usual stuff... illness.. injury..vacation...
