I watched Max Payne over the weekend. It was PAIN-ful

I normally wouldn't have gone to see it but it was a fundraiser for my sister, she is going to volounteer in the Philippines.

I'm not too busy at work today. I was fully booked with morning consults and afternoon consults look busy-ish, but thats not until 4pm.

I only had one dog in for some procedures, but he took 1 1/2 hours because he had xrays, bloods, his teeth cleaned, a lump taken off, his nails done and his anal glands squeezed!!!

Right now I have a stray cat walking all over my keyboard! He was brought in lost and no one has come forward to claim him yet. We'll probably give it another week and if no luck we'll desex him & find him a new home. He's a really sweet cat!

Yeah I'm a bit weird today as well! I'm thinking its the increased exercise load as well, although I'm tapering this week. I've got massive chocolate cravings today. And I can't even blame TTOTM d'oh!!!

Dang! I cant wait for TTOTM as I use that as a reason to get a chocolate treat in )and that is the ONLY reason to look forward to it since i usually spend 24 hours curled up somewhere absolutely miserable) ... although I just discovered how few calories are in a full sized Milky Way so I did break down and have one of those on the weekend...

i havent got a taper in my near future but I have felt like eating my own arm at points today... Im wondering if i havent got the calorie balance right yet... will see... Im still on a pretty low calorie diet and fir the first tim in months the weight seems to be moving but Im going to have to keep a close eye on it as if it comes off too fast maybe I should start eating a little more...

He's gorgeous! At the moment he is sprawled between me and the keyboard, smooching himself all over my hands!!! We always seem to get the nicest strays at work. Which is lucky because they're easier to rehome!

X 2. Losing weight is just so damn hard when you're training. Its tricky to find that balance between eating enough to fuel yourself but not so much that you don't lose weight. My periods stop when I don't eat enough.

I dont have that problem.. then again I have plenty of 'reserves' to work my way through!

I do get really terrible headaches and this light headed feeling seems vaguely familir so Im wondering if its a sign I dont have the balance quite right.. I do feel much btter than I did this morning though so who knows!

Ive increased my carbs which has made such a MASSIVE difference to my training its been well worth it... still running a calorie difference but having more energy... its awesome!
