GOAL 1:  
This is my training sched for the week:  
Mon - Cardio class, Spin with tri club   
Tues - run 8K  (easy ), yoga at studio   
Wed  (work ) - hill repeats, swim 30 min   
Thurs  (work ) - run 40 min  (mod )  
Fri  (work ) - bike/run brick  (tentative - might go for lunch that day with co-workers )  
Sat - run 10K  (easy )  
Sun - Group Fit class 
 (Monday's my Off Day ) 
  
So that's 4 or maybe 5 runs ... not too shabby - gotta build up for that relay in June!  
  
BALANCE! I wish I knew where to start! My goal for balance this week is to not let myself get overwhelmed then stressed out about everything I have on my plate right now  (work, school, setting up the business, classes, financial issues, injuries, the chores that aren't getting done around the house, etc ) and just take things one thing at a time - one step at a time. I'm trying to focus only on the next step - not on everything that needs to be done for the end result. One .. step .. at .. a .. time. ;- )  |
