TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: Proud Pink Peeps Pop - 2008-03-17 8:30 PM newleaf - 2008-03-17 7:12 AM How'd we all do this week? I am at 49.7% of my goal, right where I need to be. I have 12h5m left to do, and 13h16m planned for the rest of March. So if I stay on plan, I'm there. I can even skip an hour. I'm @ 55.5% - I have what is supposed to be my minimum week the last week of the month, but I'll do what I need to do to keep the Pinks on top I'm kind of attached to being tinkerbeth - not sure how I feel about having to be a peep for a month - that's the penalty, right? |

As long as you stay proud, and pink, and keep those pedals rolling, we'll be privileged to have the tinker on the team that takes this challenge home Maybe Allyson can loan us all some of her hours cause' she's tearing it up! Guess I'd better get off my rear and get on his trainer sitting in front of me if I'm gonna' help.... Edited by Pop 2008-03-18 5:55 AM |

Champion 5117 Brandon, MS | Subject: RE: Proud Pink Peeps I think I may be a little ahead of schedule. I've made all my planned rides and one definitely went a bit longer than expected because a) the weather was too good not to enjoy it more, and b) we had some pace line rookies in a no drop ride so our pace was a bit slower than normal. I've hit all the spin classes so far, too. I'll be chalking up another pink hour today if this rain will slide on by. It looked like we were doing pretty well, but we could probably pink up and ride lots more. pEEp! |

Guess I'd better get off my rear and get on his trainer sitting in front of me if I'm gonna' help.... LOL....I biked wayyyy more than I planned on biking. You know how it goes....you plan on biking one day and then the next day it is beautiful outside, a buddy calls you and says "let's go for a bike ride" and then tells you all the people that are going to show up for the ride and of course you don't want to miss out on all the fun. So, on Sunday you find yourself biking another 50 miler (did find some roads that I will never, never, never bike on again...that was trial and ERROR). I am going to try to bike Wed. morning if weather permits and Friday afternoon. I am doing the Cresent City Classic in New Orleans this weekend so no saddle time this coming weekend. Stay strong pink peeps. Hump day is almost here!!!!! |

Extreme Veteran 665 Vancouver, British Columbia | Subject: RE: Proud Pink Peeps How sexy is my brand new Cycling Club kit!?! I only joined in January so this week has been the first time I have worn it. And I swear it has super powers! It's turning me into a mountain goat. Tackled the last hill in my area that I have been scared of today. |

I hate climbing because I'm so bad at it. |

Don't worry, I'll eat some type of seafood for everyone and of course wash it down with some adult liquids. ps All my family lives in Baton Rouge. I gain so much weight when I go for a visit. |

And of course, if you're in BR... gotta go to Coffee Call for lady fingers for breakfast and Brewbachers's for lunch (I miss their sandwiches). Yep, BR is my old stumping ground from LSU (school) south to Morgan City and Thibodeaux (where I grew up and went to high shcool)... and then of course NOLA is where I hung out (zoo and GD by day - I love that place), and Old Town by night. |

I doubt I'm going to spell this correctly but I went to a restaraunt named Jaque A'Mose (I think I just butchered the spelling) many many years ago and it was AWESOME. It was off the beaten path and I prbly couldn't find it again if I tried. Coffee Call - ROCKS!!!!! |
