I am sooo very sorry for you and your family....do not worry about the numbers...this is a motivational challenge and even though we would like to win, your family is first and we totally understand!!! I will be praying for you and your family! know this is a tough time for you all...just remember that working out will make you feel better (mind and body). Take care girl! my thoughts are with you!!!!

Rachel, take care of yourself. If you drop me a PM when you're back in training and give me a revised target for the month, we'll adjust your totals.

Umm...what happened to the spreadsheet? My info is gone, and there aren't any totals at the bottom. Looks like it was updated for the brick info, but it may have messed up some of the other info too. I don't think I'm the only one missing from the list. Should I just add myself again?

Good Morning West Coasters! How are we all doing today? Such a lovely day in Seattle, great day for a bike ride     Today is my 10 year wedding anniversary.  Not sure how we're celebrating it yet.  Probably with foods and RR.

runrachierun - 2008-05-08 10:51 AM Hi everyone...I have a sad note. Yesterday, my grandmother passed away and I have spent three days going from work to hospital in Tacoma and home and have not done anything...So, I'm falling behind (I'm going to work out HARD tonight), but I wanted you all to know why and also to send some positive thoughts my family's way...this is the latest in a series of things that have been real hard for us!

My condolences, prayers, and positive thoughts that you and you're family may get through this difficult time in life.

OK, so looking at it, I can't find the problem.

wplummer - 2008-05-09 4:40 PM: ok so there is a problem, i thought it was just me.....because i did update my info earlier in the week.

Wplummer, you're there with 45 miles bike and 21 miles run.

Maybe there's been a problem with Google...?? I know sometimes it takes a little while to update everything properly. Not sure. Anyway, here's the link again:

If we're still having problems, let me know.

cheers,

I'm sad... I can't see Lynne's new bike...
I cleaned out my cookies and it still won't come up.
Well, guess I'm gonna skip out of work for a bit and run some errands (P.Off. to return neoprene vest that doesn't fit right & bike shop to get additional tire iron so I can change flat - can NOT get that dang tire off)

I review this when it is time to change a tire, very helpful because I do forget what makes it go faster!

I had to replace my link to the spreadsheet with this one. I was still pulling up a bad copy I guess, but this new link works great.

Thanks, Gill, for your help!

Thanks Nancy... I watched part of it and it seems just the same as mtn bikes... just that 1.) I haven't changed that many flats and 2.) I find the road tires are MUCH MORE difficult to get over the rim... I think it must be as he mentioned the wire beading... I've never noticed beading on my mtn tires.
Well, now I have FOUR tire irons (or levers).  That tire BETTER come off now!!

Yep, I can see other pic's and avatars.  Sometimes it takes me a day or two or three to see someone's avatar after they change it.  One time I cleaned out my cookies and that refreshed it.

I think you need to update something, I am no techy by any means, this has happened to me before, let me remember.......

Check you adobe reader and update it, or active x controls, I don't know why but I think that is what I did.

Let me know if that helps.

I got the Brick/Race bonus today!  Did my first Duathlon after 11 Tri's.  It was fun, and also the worst weather I have race in.

Hey, do I get a double brick bonus today since I kind of did a brick in warm ups too ???  Surprised
