Maybe there's been a problem with Google...?? I know sometimes it takes a little while to update everything properly. Not sure. Anyway, here's the link again:

Thanks Nancy... I watched part of it and it seems just the same as mtn bikes... just that 1.) I haven't changed that many flats and 2.) I find the road tires are MUCH MORE difficult to get over the rim... I think it must be as he mentioned the wire beading... I've never noticed beading on my mtn tires.
Well, now I have FOUR tire irons (or levers).  That tire BETTER come off now!!

HAPPY 10TH!!!! wooot woot....woo hoo...and all that good stuff! hope you have a memorable one! this is a significant one...have a fabulous evening!  food is a good thing...but make sure you make it special food...and serve it special too! like in your birthday suit! with lots of candles and nice romantic music...but then again why only do this on your 10th!?

How was the bike ride? sure you have been on a few!? and when are we going for a ride together? any bay area trips planned out!?

Gill...I think that we can all just enter our own again...no reason for you to have to do MORE work on it! we appreciate all you have done and are doing to make this challenge possible...IT IS A LOT OF WORK! and we APPRECIATE IT! even though our team is gonna SPANK your team in the end!

Yep, I can see other pic's and avatars.  Sometimes it takes me a day or two or three to see someone's avatar after they change it.  One time I cleaned out my cookies and that refreshed it.

I think you need to update something, I am no techy by any means, this has happened to me before, let me remember.......

Check you adobe reader and update it, or active x controls, I don't know why but I think that is what I did.

I got the Brick/Race bonus today!  Did my first Duathlon after 11 Tri's.  It was fun, and also the worst weather I have race in.
