BTW, he put me smack in the middle of the class today, and so I was watching his demonstrations - when his feet are together, his thighs don't touch - by a lot. Like I said, the dude needs to eat more. Maybe I'll bring him some cookies made with lard or something.

Thank goodness it's Friday. This has been a long week. Now back to work.

OK, a little about me.

I first knew I was a vampire at age 5, when I fought a strange desire to bite the cat. Today I enjoy rare steak, rare beef, and of course runners, but especially headless horsemen, monsters and ghouls. Oh, and clowns are my FAVORITE treat. So tender.

But *never* any garlic. I have a luxury coffin (lined in pink silk, of course) in the basement and several pet bats who drive me, well, batty.

I'm training to run down some live humans over a 13.1-mile course in May. Google tells me that's 211 days from now. My previous longest race to capture humans was 10K.

I have a big run planned for this weekend as part of my brick. Its a 60K bike and a 15K run. I can't wait

I am going on a run today (so please don't taser me Mila) My plan is to do a 5 miler. I don't want to run to long because of my long run tomorrow.

So I heard that a team is beating us in the posts. It looks like I have to stop working all together and start posting
