I do get really terrible headaches and this light headed feeling seems vaguely familir so Im wondering if its a sign I dont have the balance quite right.. I do feel much btter than I did this morning though so who knows! Ive increased my carbs which has made such a MASSIVE difference to my training its been well worth it... still running a calorie difference but having more energy... its awesome!
Carbs are GOOD! I did that CSIRO total wellbeing diet a few years ago and was training as well, all I wanted after 2 weeks was to eat giant spoonfuls of jam and honey. My body was trying to tell me something!!!

I crave white freshly backed bread with butter... so I have some on the weekend for lunch so I feed that fire... I havent started craving baked goods yet but it cant be far away |

Its hard to find that balance between training as hard as you can but then not so hard that you exhaust yourself and have nothing in the tank for the next day I'm a Libran, my life's quest is to find BALANCE LOL You don't have to train hard for this challenge - just a 30 min. walk will do, AND you don't have to do it ALL at once! That's the beauty of this challenge! But, I make sure that I NEED to do the full 30 due to my schedule.
Yeah, I know, but I'm an overachiever and I usually push myself too hard! We're just starting triathlon season here down under so I am trying to get as fit as possible

hmmm ok well I think I will see how these go and maybe order a smaller size in a few weeks... I got the recovery socks and the calf guards and the calf guards I had on for awhile today... they fit and all but they just felt like my calves were being cuddled... I was expecting it to be a bit firmer... |
