Aye aye, Captain! Have a great weekend.

And I totally agree that the worst part of laundry is putting it all away. Maybe that's why right now I have five washed and folded baskets full in my bedroom, but no clean pants in my son's dresser drawer... Embarassed

Cranus - 2009-06-03 7:34 PM I haven't had clean workout clothes in a week. That's the nice thing about doing most workouts outside, I can blame the smell on trash, sewers, or crying babies.
Hm. TMI! TMI! And I don't know where you live, so I'm going to stay upwind of all runners that I meet on the road now....

x2  Nothing worse than passing someone running and being able to smell them as you come up on them

No worries, I now smell like a spring meadow or at the very least bargain detergent.

On a more pleasant note I'm off on a ride!

I want to ride my bicycle
I want to ride my bike
I want to ride my bicycle
I want to ride it where I like

when a guy on a bike
passes me by
smelling like a spring meadow...
ill know its you

jccbulldog - 2009-06-03 9:01 PM Pork tenderloin for potato chips?  I'm from the south but I ain't stupid.  Not to crazy about pork rinds either.  We do have some damn good bbq.  Would probably go pretty good with some dill pickle chips.

Did another 5 this evening.  Brought my rug rats to the gym with me.  They love it there.  They always get to go swimming after daddy's run.

im all about damn good BBQ, when you ME sending some?

my kids love the Y and the pool is my way of getting my workout in - you go to the pool and mommy goes and works out, k?

theyre old enough to go with out me.

im right across the hall in the fitness room.  and they go in and swim.

thank you Y lifeguards!

a totally schweet arrangement.

and WOO HOO on your 5miler!

I can't believe we're up to 15 pages and its not even 5 days into the month yet! Don't you all have jobs/work to do??? :P

I did my longest run ever today, 2:17:11 - over 22km. I'm 4 and a half weeks out from my half marathon, so now I know I can actually do the distance, I'll just try and do it faster.

Good morning TT!!!!!!!   I have been MIA past couple of days.  I read back a few pages and the 1st thing that catches my eye is ketchups flavour crisps!  Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.  I brought 2 bags back from Canada when I was there last month. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm   Love em!

I WILL RUN TODAY! YES I WILL! Before it gets too hot.  Predicting 90 for the Seattle area! That means 95 where I am! Urgh.

Far too hot but I do like it.  Maybe if it was around 80 that would rock.  Just hard to sleep in. Unless you're like me and sleep will come no matter what temp it is. lol

Wow, that is warm. We are only getting low 60s in New York state right now. And even 60 is rare. Nice running weather though! did 4.5 mile last night. So I am up to 10 miles already.

That's my schedule for today ... *blink*  However, my lunch run got thwarted - I was putting out fires (I'm taking on more administrative duties).  I'll run after school after the clinic - so I can get my full 60 minutes in.  I had 12 sign up - two have dropped out due to time and I have a core group of about 5 that have been consistent with coming out and doing their home workouts.  It's pretty cool.  I'll do it again in the fall!

I'm SO geeked about the wetsuit - I've had it on in my house - but I've never swam in it .... I'm SO excited!!!
