disturbed275 - 2009-10-28 7:38 AM Oh, and FYI, there is only just 4 more days available to run (including today).

I need to run .05 miles to reach my goal. I've got 3 miles planned for tonight and 4 for tomorrow.

skrtrnr - 2009-10-27 12:08 PM MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT.

my little .9 miler today:

PUT ME AT 100%

AND

PUT ME ON TOP OF TOM!

AND

I GOT TO 100% BEFORE TOM DID!
[or at the very least i recorded my run on the spreadsheet first]

YAYAYAYAYAY!

Great job and next time let us know when you are not going to be around until noon please

We were very close to sending out the search parties

awwwww.

you missed me.

i would have been home by noon (next time i WILL let you know, we need one of those in/out boards like they have at office bldgs)

but i left 1/2 of my friggin' workout stuff at the Y.

holy crapoly.  i got all the way home and realized that i left my tri suit, goggles and cap in the womens locker room.

turns out, not only did i forget that, i left my iPod, my hat, my cycling gloves AND my stopwatch too.

ARE YOU FRIGGIN' KIDDING ME???

ive lost my mind i think.

yesturday i completely forgot about a lunch date i had w friends of mine.  missed out on PRIMANTI BROS SANDWICH.  damnitall.

WTF???

I'M BLAMING IT ON THE TAPER.

Can I assume that you got everything back alright?  You would probably be a little more upset right now.

i did NEAL.  thankfully.

though i did PANIC.

i inadvertently left a bathing suit behind before (see a pattern here).  i went back to get it, and it was G-O-N-E.

i know. totally ewwwwwish.   a bathing suit??   wtFLIP.

its like taking someones underwear.

i didnt even realize i left my iPod until i go there.

good thing, cuz i would have SUPER DUPER UBER FREAKED OUT!!

theres not enough time from now until the 1/2 MARY to replace all the music.

woosh.

stacieb

Good to hear all was recovered.

And, yeah, EEEEWWWWW on the swimsuit.  Who does that?

I myself have donated several sets of goggles to those less fortunate pool goers

i know NEAL.

seriously.  WHO does THAT???

even swim caps and goggles.  just gross.  i wouldnt wear anything that was near someone else's eyes, or their hair, but ESPECIALLY their UNMENTIONABLES.

even my unmentionables.  LOL.

still grosses me out everytime i think about it.

Alright teamies - nothing like Ann or Robin's story but here goes:

Yesterday I head home and realize the weather is pretty nice and going to be pretty wet the rest of the week so I decide to mow/leaf clear the lawn.  This is a 2 hour process and I figure if I get the front and most of the rest I can wait to hit the back once all the leaves are down.

So I am mowing along and my #**#(#)#)(*$#)(*$(&#(*$#*&$(*#$&#(&(*#&$(*#)(()@$ IT Band flares up so bad I can barely walk back to the house (and it is not that far).

I am so pizzola right now probably more at myself because after that I told the family I was going swimming and while at the Y I attempted a treadmill run for some stupid reason.  Made it about 3 minutes and had to bail so I hit the pool.  Then my leg flared up swimming and that really made me mad.

So I aqua jogged and am now at 100%.  If I get any more sessions in I will keep upping my goal because I lowered it in the first place so I don't think it would be fair for me to be able to go over 100% if Dee allows in the end.

TOTAL.

SUCKAGE.

BILL.

im sooooo sorry.

its aggravating and frustrating and an unbelievable pain in the arse.

plllfffffft xs a google.
