Subject: RE: wwlani's let's get started group - ClosedLast night I did a 1 mile wetsuit swim tonight n 29:44 which sets me up fo a 1:12 ironman. Weird thng is in the wetsuit my forearms get tired pretty quickly. I did a 34 minute hill ride this morning. 6.34 miles, 2 loops. Last time did 3 loops avg speed of 10 mph. Today avg speed was 11. Apparently I got chafed last night on my neck from the wetsuit workout. Didn't realize till I rode this mornin. Guess I need cream with the wetsuit. Not bad chafiing but definitely noticeable. |
