I've had my 14 yo niece for the past three days, so my days have mostly been filled with visits to the mall(s). She lives in BFE where JC Penney's is considered high fashion, so this has her almost breaking out in hives. I am seriously shopped out, and am hoping to make today a movie day. If she ever gets out of bed that is.  Actually I don't expect a sighting for at least another hour or two.Tomorrow I toe up to the starting line of my first Half in almost a year. Knee feels good. Am keeping everything crossed. Everything. What Ann said. Good luck! I'm glad you're having some good times with your niece too! Have a blast at your half and be sure to drop into the Village and let us know how it went. |

I'm pretty sure they shorted the course about a quarter mile, but I'm still pretty pleased with the effort. Time to rest up before the afternoon bike ride! Damn Neal, GREAT RUN! Note to self - if I'm ever in Ames I'm looking you up for some speed work. |

If school interferes we all understand. However, if you CAN break away and head down here we'll make sure you get plenty of studying done on how the body metabolizes margaritas. |

Haha..I guess I should have separated the ideas...My elementary education did teach me enough geography to know that they are on opposite sides of the country. haha. |

I am trying to conjure up the desire to ride but it is April and only 39 degrees so I doubt it will happen. Sometimes a nap is just the key ingredient!!!!! Have a great Saturday and I will check in tomorrow!! I got a swim in at the Y this morning, too. I should have gone out for a ride, but I won't make it today. It is a little warmer than 39, but it is VERY windy. My daughter also has a play date over now, too. So I'm at home. We're having a game night tonight. If anyone wants to come over and play cards we'll be here. I'll bring my poker chips. What time? |

I'm gonna have a bunch of sherpas it looks like haha! YAY! But if I don't marathon in Montana would be cool! I wrote the MCAT in Bozeman 2 summers ago! I went shopping then too! |

Everyone seemed to agree that the more the merrier and we would do SD instead. I hope that doesn't mess up your plans to come along. When is the marathon that you're putting on? September 25, 2010. I don't think that messes up my plans to come along--which weekend is it again? |
