I will try to find out how cold the pool is today, it has been numbing... Cold, you call that cold. I don't even set the heat ot 76 in my house. We are usually at 68.
I know! But it is cold for us, your blood thins out, plus it is windy. I am wearing my winter PJ's. I am laughing right now... Hmm... being from the South and still occassionally having issues with acclimation, people laugh at me b/c on 4th of July I'm usually outside with a sweatshirt on to watch the fireworks. |

Master 1841 Sendai, Japan | Subject: RE: Flying Fish Sendai is about 200 miles due northeast of Tokyo - only 1 hour 45 minutes by bullet train or somewhere between 5 and 7 hours if you battle traffic and go by car. Tokyo is a neat place (I lived there for about 6 years), but too big and too dirty. You have really cranked out the posts since I last was on line...amazing. Welcome Dan. Where is Sendai in relation to Tokyo? I was in Tokyo and the Hakone area sept 06. It was an awesome trip. |

Been here almost twelve hours (clocked in for 10 of them) Tomorrow is busy day and I promised my asst. I would bust a** to clean my office so he can have some work space. Now noone let themselves get caught in a fishtank while I'm gone, okay? (for those not with kids, this is in ref. to the movie, Nemo) |

Master 1292 Houston | Subject: RE: Flying Fish Wow, I stayed off BT this afternoon and it has taken me several minutes to get caught up!!! Man, you people can really post folks!! I love the history of swimming, very interesting information. Hey, I have not made it to the pool as of yet, but Saturday is all mine!!! The Y on La in downtown is still open but I live about 30 miles from there. Once my babysitting duties are over on Monday, my time will be more open. The weather is also warming up so the issues with the pool due to cold weather should soon be over. Nice job today folks, I will check back more often so I can keep up! |

We were trying to find the house that my husbands mother grew up in. We think we found the neighborhood, but not the house. |
