Good, I'm not the only one with a craving.  

Now I want milk... Im having a chai latte and a museli bar but now I WANT milk

so, i'm feeling pretty good about november from the bike, run, swim standpoint - it may look light in a couple of areas, but that's how the training plan lays out

i totally need to regroup on the strength and core training - haven't done much in that area - however, I will make the goal!

Oh trust me i feel no guilt here. LOL
