It was a great day...Jessica did a 4300+ swim, not half the month's swim but about half of MY goal for the month!! LOL Hell if it helps, I'll be out there next week for another clinic!!! That was fun!!! No need to thank us Jess, that's what teammies (and friends) are for! You did awesome, I was so impressed at that swim, it was a full iron swim...can't wait til I'm doing those! You and Renee are my swimspiration!! Because of you guys I was totally motivated to do that 2100 yards yesterday. And I swear by the time I move out there (two and a half weeks! WOOHOO!!) I'll have the flip turns down too!! GO FORCE!!! |

Lovely Florida-- where you get blown away by hurricanes every summer and it's WAY too hot. He led by example and was at church every Sunday. Then he got into it with a couple of frat boys and I lost a lot of respect for him. I will definitely make my goal. A swim during the week, one on Saturday and two mile open water swim on Sunday. Jessica and I are doing an open water swim this weekend at Clearwater Beach. We've scheduled it for Sunday, I'm hoping we can move it to Saturday but at this point it's Sunday. We're going to swim 2 ocean miles. Join us for half mile, a mile, whatever you're up for. We've had GLORIOUS weather lately and the ocean is calling. You'll be needing a wetsuit unless you're up for a Polar Dip. Be there or be square! |

But if not, then I'll come for the next one since I'll be living there by then. OK, here are our stats for this week. All in all we're doing well, and I've been assured that we all will make our goals. So no worries teammies, we're gonna do it this time!!! GO FORCE!!! Renee - 9267/16000/58% Peter - 10500/16700/63% Jessica - 23573/33000/71% Steve - 5000/5000/100% (Woohoo!!! Great job Steve!) Jeff - 9548/10000/95% Mark - 10350/12000/83% (AWESOME showing this week after a tough week off!) Brent - 3577/10000/36% (Go get 'em!) TEAM TOTAL 71815/103200/70% Month is 77% complete...so we're a bit behind with 70%, but 43% of us are at or above 77% of goal, so we're not out of this by ANY means! If anyone sees any discrepancies in my figures, let me know. The figures above are what I'll be sending to Marmadaddy today. I can always change them if I've gotten anyone's wrong. |
