I did my 5K this morning... well my 4.26K.  The RD set it up wrong, we all raced only 5/6th of our 5K!  but I ran the whole thing. no walking, which was my goal

OK, so looking at it, I can't find the problem.

wplummer - 2008-05-09 4:40 PM: ok so there is a problem, i thought it was just me.....because i did update my info earlier in the week.

Wplummer, you're there with 45 miles bike and 21 miles run.

Maybe there's been a problem with Google...?? I know sometimes it takes a little while to update everything properly. Not sure. Anyway, here's the link again:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pfYL7DR_dx-D9r11DHCFoYA&hl=en

If we're still having problems, let me know.

cheers,
Gill

Just a reminder today is the last day to update the spreadsheet for the week! Sunday starts the week! Great job everyone!

The new spreedsheet link is above in case you haven't figured that out yet!

I got the Brick/Race bonus today!  Did my first Duathlon after 11 Tri's.  It was fun, and also the worst weather I have race in.

Hey, do I get a double brick bonus today since I kind of did a brick in warm ups too ???  Surprised

great race scott!! pics??!?

lyssa-gator - 2008-05-10 5:26 PM wow lynne!! where'd you go?!? that's a heckuva ride!!! great job!

Burke Gilman Trail to Lake Sammamish to Redhook Brewery. Did this ride last year with my British friends as well my friend Lisa. Course it was sunny and 70 that day, and it rocked. Loads and loads of bikers.  It's a great day out. My friend Lisa did great considering she hasn't been on a bike in forever and that she's having some knee issues. I am going to post some silly pics in my blog to if anyone wants a laugh.

No cameras around for evidence.  All the kids were still in bed when I started and were under the weather anyway, so it was wise not to have them out in the conditions.

Hey everyone-

Just got back to the computer and didnt realize that yesterday was the close of the week instead of today.  Sorry I didnt update my number for Friday and Saturday until now so we are going to be a bit short %-wise due to my inattention.  Will do better in the future.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and dont forget your mom(s)!

Jim

Nothing on tap for me today I'm afraid. I cannot move my legs. Funny that as I expected it to be my arse that would be sore but it's the legs   Nevermind. It's a good burn.

Hi all! Sorry to have dropped the ball--finally had a chance to catch up on ALL 13 PAGES and so much going on ...

Rachel, so sorry about your grandmum ... I hope things are a bit easier to manage and you've been able to work out a bit for YOUR OWN peace of mind and healing, not for any other reason.

Lynne--Nimbus 3000 is hot, hot, HOT!!!

Nalani--Mahalo for the updated roster

Nancy and James--I didn't see we had an official El Jefe, but looks like you guys are doing a great job of motivating/reminding/encouraging.

I finished my 2nd Oly this last weekend, and it was a BLAST. I got really lost ... typical!

Ah, don't take it too personally we're in 3rd place ... recount!!!

Perhaps literally, since I bet it's more because some of us forgot to put our numbers on the spreadsheet, or didn't find it, or something ...

All of us have put in great work and workouts--keep it up!

Ok, May recovery week is over for me, so I have about 20 days to close the gap on my percentages.  Nice thing is, I am only lacking 1 strength session and about 15 minutes behind on the bike (because I didn't get the planned warmup in for my race Saturday).  Now to just stick to the plan the rest of the month and maybe make a couple bricks for the "bonus points"

Triaya way to go on the race.
