OK...I'm jumping in cause Super Cat said I can!!

 aquagirl is a crappy swimmer....yes a CRAPPY swimmer.....so my goal will be a swimmy one.  So my goal is 15 watery hours....did the first one today with my most awesome coach. All I am trying to do for this month is swim with my stroke count at 15...........no mileage or drills, just that.

 Now what ? Spreadsheet??

My name is Travis....I am in the Marine Corps.....Stationed in Aurora CO.... I have only done one tri thus far, 2 marathons, 4 half marathons-soon to be 5, dozens of smaller races.

I'm Beth, aka Lastcall2003, aka Tinkerbeth

Lastcall2003 represents a turning point in my life--2003 is the year I woke up and realized that I needed to do something about being 30 lbs overweight with high blood pressure, having become completely inactive, and well, not liking who I was very much. It is a reminder to me to never let myself go back to being that person!

I have 3 kids (2 in college and 1 in middle school) and live in PA.  We moved here in September of this year.  I'm still learning the area, but am excited because there are a lot more race opportunities than where I lived previously.

I did my first triathlon in my mid 40s and have now completed 2 Olys and 4 Sprints.  My first love is swimming, followed closely by biking, and let’s just say I’m learning to love to run.

I did my first 1/2 Mary in January - Kristin (lazymarathoner) paced me and was gracious enough to let me crash at her apartment

I'm training for another 1/2 Mary at the end of May - if the stars align, i will be doing the brooklyn 1/2 mary - if they move the date - well we'll see what happens

this summer i'm volunteering at a couple of tris - lots of reasons behind why i'm not racing one - but later on that, this is long enough

A quick hi and introduction (clearly I'm late). I'm Kristin, I tend to be on challenge teams with Phil and Beth most every month. I have an HIM on Sunday (my first, yay!) so I'm slammed this week with prep, but will be more involved after the race.

I also need to designate my super power for the month. I work with a coach and don't get a schedule until this weekend so I can see what he has planned for me then! I"m guessing I'll have a swim focus.

And now that he knows that Kristen and Tinky are on this team, he'll be chatting up a storm.
