and i know you want to taser me......so we have a conundrum of sorts!!
Use the Blake principle Dee... if he wants it he doesnt get it unless he behaves... Actually isnt that the same as training puppies?

I guess i am a little late to the party. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I am 24 and am currently living in Reno and dealing with buying a house it is a real pain in the a$$ but at least i have my training to relax me. It is my second full year doing tris. My goal is biking because i have been slacking the last few months which is ood because i worked at a bike shop and that is how i got into triathlons oh well it should be a good month. I've only been running a short time, (a 4-6 weeks) and my first attempt at the 5K distance was about 49 minutes of walk/run. The next time I tried it I got it down to 43 minutes. And the next time was 39:35. So there is constant improvement, I'm just hoping I kick my cold soon and can really push again. Wow thats fantastic!!! Id love to see those kinds of results... Im starting from scratch with my running (again) so this gives me hope! |
