I did my first brick of the season last night...50 minute ride and 2 mile run...close to what I will need to do in my sprint next weekend. I felt really really good, but boy was my run SLOW...Has anyone else experienced this? Where you feel fine, but just aren't moving as fast as you normally do?
I do this a lot with swimming. I'll feel like I'm moving through the water well, but then my time is slower than usual. And then there are times when I feel like I'm practically drowning, but end up with a good time. |
