Nice team name... it looks like an acronym... does it stand for
Tired
Weak
Idle
Slow
Tired still
Energy's low
Resting

Have a great weekend, TWISTERS.  Get LOTS of rest.  No workouts needed!  Don't bother posting any messages on this silly thread.  9-10 hours of sleep a night plus a couple of power naps during the day.  Party hard! Wedge some nice couch time in there as well.  REEEELAX!
Cool

Wow Bill, you're quick on the posting trigger... you didn't even give me a chance to correct your team name in my post!

wgraves7582 - 2010-03-05 5:21 AM Good morning TWISTER's!

Got another swim in this morning (cut it at 1500 yds and I was feeling alright so that is a good sign that 2000 yards is not like a marathon!)

Did a light treadmill run and some core/stretching work also.

Hopefully get a ride in tonight - I am thinking best case snowmobile trails for 1 hour while wife watches her Friday night why did sam kill mary news show or worst case rollers.

Nice morning workout! Glad to hear that you are feeling pretty good after that swim.

Morning all!  I just finished breakfast and, after I clear my sinuses a bit, I am heading out to do some yard work.  Lots of yard work in fact.  I have a guest room at a friends place rent free, but that is on the understanding that I pitch in.  Since my area of expertise is horticulture...

They have a corner lot in a hilly neighborhood so the yard is large and terraced.  Time to get dirty!

a fellow in my mentor thread posted this:
Maybe you should try and do a 10K swim. That would be uber impressive!

6.2 miles anyone??? Laughing

Looks like we have a couple of Chuck fans out there.  What do you guys think of the changes this year?  I'm not liking the superman guy too much.  And Like Sarah says, Chuck is definitely changing.
Also a big Psych fan.  I had a box set of season 1 & 2 of Psych on order but it got back ordered and then cancelled. They only other show I ever watch is Big Bang Theory and that doesn't happen too often.

Sorry folks, I feel like I let the team down yesterday. I didn't get enough posts in and now the Beasties are waaay ahead of us. We have some catch up work to do.

Looks like you guys can sleep as well as you swim. It will be a long time before I will be able to get in the distance that you do. And I don't think I will ever get it done as quickly. Same thing with sleeping. I usually get about 6 hours of sleep a night. Maybe 7 if I'm lucky. I don't know if I could sleep 9 hours if I wanted to. It would be nice to try though.

I love Big Bang Theory.  A while back I watched all the episodes online through Blinkx.  I don't think that it is currently showing on TV though.

Got my run in last night. This morning when I looked outside I thought that maybe I should have saved it for an early morning run. It was beautiful. It had started snowing. Light dusting of snow on the ground and big beautiful flakes drifting down. We haven't had enough of those days this year. I think those greedy beasties have been hogging all the snow this year.

I like burn notice, but the funniest part is how badly the part of michael is acted...or maybe his character is suppose to be like that, but he is so stiff in everything he does.  it just seems that little to no variation in the character's emotions/outward expression.

You got to love Fiona though.

I've been trying to find someplace to watch the episodes that we missed but haven't been able to find anything other then just clips. I'll have to try Blinkx. Thanks for the tip.
