Hi Allyssa, How ya feeling? did you get in a run today?

slacker that i am, i didn't run. actually this time i can blame DH who woke up with a migrane (he says migrane, i say it's the same headache i woke up with the other day, but what r ya gonna do? ) he's off work wed and thurs though, so i'm planning some double runs-sadist that i'm turning in to, i'm actually really liking the twice a day thing. how are YOU this evening??

Great....a little sad that I didn't get back in the pool today....but you know the saying tomorrow is another day...

How is my nephew doing?

he just cries and cries when i talk to my sister--baby needs his lyssa!! nah, really he's good. gaining weight, and i think other than getting his diaper changes, has never been layed down!! he's ALWAYS being held. and why not? he's wonderful. day after tomorrow he'll be a whole week old!! LOL where does the time go?? got a good workout planned for tomorrow then??

glad that things are going well for him...

I have some morning work..and then hoping to maybe get in a ride and a swim....want to ride while it is not raining...since someone I know got me to run in the rain...and actually like it! hmmmmmmmmm who would that be?

(or snow works the same way) 1. very refreshing/exhilerating 2. impresses friends and neighbors (wow that is one dedicated chick!) 3. you don't get too hot-last time i ran in the rain/snow my sprots bra wasn't even sweaty! AND 4. rain running officially makes you a tough chick! all you need is a pair of scissors and you're all set! now that i've said all that, i don't think i'll be able to beg out on my run today, just because of the rain i'll be a good girl and go,

 

 

 

 

Oh hell no. I'm hitting the treadmill at my nice and comfortably warm gym.....rain? I just bought new shoes you know!!!!

Are you our little shop-a-holic? you must be the mostest styling BTer around! what kind did ya get...I love my asic gels...they rock!

 

Nike Moto's. $50 on sale at REI. I have the NIKE + thing you see. I love em. Haven't ran in them much as well, you know I was feeling pants.

gotcha...have you ran today in them? ) hoping you are breaking them in...I am gonna go swim without my scissors in my old speedo swimsuit and old competition goggles and old silicone swim cap...in my old convertible....guess it is time to go shopping...all my stuff is old....and you gave me the fever. OBTW...nice new avatar!

Only ran in them about 3 times It just seems that I came across all this stuff all at once. I really wanted new suits for my trip to Scotland and the Polar Bear Dip I did ruined my ancient Saucony's. Use them for trail running now though.

Run in the snow and your shoes never get dirty!

I think it's September.  Oh what a beautiful day it was last year. I think I pics of that in my album. The sun was just shining! It was great!!!!   I really enjoy doing all women's tri's more......
