Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Team Olympic Onions Rings sesh - 2008-04-07 7:47 PM I'm gonna need it! This is crunch time month for my summer tris and I'll need all the help/whip I can get. and... whoops! I shorted myself an hour on the bike time. Forgot to add the spin class. Fixed now, with an hour run just completed to boot. Now... it's time for steak. The tornadoes on Friday knocked my parents power out until Sunday night, which was just long enough for the steaks in the freezer to thaw out. Time to go protein up! Ooh, steak! Yum! Uh. Are we invited too? |

How hard did you work during the class? Was it a "nice excursion" or an "all-out battle"? I know a lot about backs. I have one. Fortunately, I know nothing about back injuries. That's one thing that's held up on me. Fortunately! |

I beleive saying hello is a post of substance I think LOL is a post of substance if it is in response to a witticism posted by another person - in that context it is a compliment of someones humour and therefore a valuable post Then again if you posted it for now reason I guess you have bigger ossues than post padding... |

I actually made a point of having a plan that isnt as full on as Ive done previously... you dont know anything about backs do you? This really hurts haha i was thinking how lucky Ive been that despite injuring hamstrings, knees, ankles, calves, feet, wrists etc My core/back is fine.... guess its not holding up on me any more... As for the class well its not an easy class but ive done much harder - it was just consistent and relentless - I think it must be a bike set up issue - going to get my set up checked as soon as Im over this hurdle! |
