I'm gonna need it! This is crunch time month for my summer tris and I'll need all the help/whip I can get.

and... whoops! I shorted myself an hour on the bike time. Forgot to add the spin class. Fixed now, with an hour run just completed to boot.

Now... it's time for steak. The tornadoes on Friday knocked my parents power out until Sunday night, which was just long enough for the steaks in the freezer to thaw out. Time to go protein up!



Ooh, steak! Yum!

Bad news - Ive pulled a muscle in my back so Im not sure whether Im going to be best conitnuing with the challenge or sitting it out.

I don't know. How hard did you work during the class? Was it a "nice excursion" or an "all-out battle"?

I know a lot about backs. I have one.

Fortunately, I know nothing about back injuries. That's one thing that's held up on me. Fortunately!

haha i was thinking how lucky Ive been that despite injuring hamstrings, knees, ankles, calves, feet, wrists etc My core/back is fine.... guess its not holding up on me any more...

As for the class well its not an easy class but ive done much harder - it was just consistent and relentless - I think it must be a bike set up issue - going to get my set up checked as soon as Im over this hurdle!
