Yep - still up here in the cold white north for another week. I take the red eye out next wednesday morning (figures I get to spend 12 hours on a plane on my birthday).   This morning the radio at the hotel was saying ice on the roads - I was happy they were wrong. How are you doing Mel?

I will - he is enjoying it by going out and looking at toys to buy (big boys toys). He bought a new pickup in March during my 8 hour Flight up here to Alaska back then. Now this trip he is looking for a new 5th wheel RV to go with the truck. Not sure I am comfortable leaving him.

Happy Vets Day to ALL.  I ran the Veterun on Sunday and the dedication of the Veterans Memorial brought me to tears.  I get pretty emotional when I hear "Taps".  

My cold is still here so I got that going for me.  Also I was thinking of starting a "Hot for Hats" thread in COJ to counter the "Hot for Heels" thread.  All apologies to those who like it but it seems a creepy for me to see all the replies.  Hey I am hot blooded male (well I was before marriage) and I like to see women in heels but after awhile it all looks the same.  I guess I have too much time on my hands.

LOL, the hot for hats would be hilarious! I'm all for the BT Guys and Girls threads, but I also think the Hot for Heels is just strange.
