And some coffee for my Bunco pal. And I'm sure something else will surface that I've completely forgotten. Holy carp, I am tired. I hear ya - three hours there first thing this morning is enough shops for me! Hope its a good recovery from it... sleep in tomorrow? LMAO!!! |

I have to go to the supermarket to try and get all the supplies I need to make christmas lunch/brunch apart from the fresh stuff.... so its all about chrissie for me.... and its actually put me in a good mood Enjoy the house to yourself... isnt it great? Its a British tradition, either because the rich used to box up unwanted gifts and give them to the poor on the day after christmas OR something to do with children being allowed to open their money boxes to get their hands on the money given over christmas... It used to be a MAJOR sales day but the state I live in recently (the last year or two) banned shops from opening on Boxing Day (just like on Christmas day) so now the sales dont start until the 27th But there is a traditional cricket match that always starts on Boxing Day and t he Sydney to Hobart yacht race starts on Boxing Day too... thats here in Aussie of course!
