We'll just assume that all your misspellings are typos!

Yes, we've decided that "lol" constitutes a meaningful reply to posts. Therefore, it does not fall into the "post count padding" category.

Everyone feel like training today?

More running on tap here, unless someone wants to volunteer and do it for me?

I SHALL do something tonight!  (Even if it's that dratted drainer ride w/ the coach).  Sorry about falling off for a couple of days -- something about taxes, and messy houses, and parent-teacher conferences and craziness at work all hitting at the same time.  And it wasn't even a full moon.

full moon

I am hoping the weather holds out for a bike ride this evening. We are supposed to get thunderstorms this evening If it does storm, hubby and I will be on the trainers for an hour and a half (double boo). Atleast Biggest Loser is on tonight!

Boooooo.... LT threshold intervals are my run tonight? This could be quite ugly.

There's always good news to follow, though.  New tires, new tri shorts, and a new tri top have been delivered and are sitting at my front door!

Have a good one, ringers.

I'd volunteer. But I'm still at werk.

(Werk: A four letter word that interferes with training time, and BT time.)

Well, why are they sitting at your front door? Don't you think you should bring them in? And put them on? And use them?

Oh, and you know the drill, "TTIWWP." (This thread is worthless without pictures.)

Well, **** was sort of standing in the way, but I had checked the shipment tracking every thirty minutes to see if they'd been delivered.  Sooooo, after a bout of wonderful LT running intervals, I got to slap some new tires on Mooch.  Consider this thread worthless no more!  Here are the red striped Vittoria Rubino Pros.  Red = fast right?

Hmmm... let me check my training plan.  Actually, thursday night there is an arts and food festival in a historic part of the city.  I'll be driving over to my parents abode and riding the bike in to the festivities.  Then, they get to experience 100 miles (hopefully) this Saturday.

I'm pumped about them, too.  They are a nice step up from what came stock on the bike.  Seriously, some of these online stores need to stop having sales.  I'm gonna go broke.

Vittoria Zaffiro Pros.  Pretty much a training tire.  These have twice the TPI, and are supposedly made for high mile training/racing.
