I wish I had someone to workout with in the mornings - I had that for a while, and it was so much easier to get out of bed knowing that someone was waiting and would be not so happy if I didn't show up (and vice versa)

I always thought that would be awesome... anything to give me an incentive to get out to bed would be awesome!

it was awesome!  I did early morning workouts regularly for 2 years - now that I've been back on my own.................

meh

just can't seem to motivate in the morning

Do we have a spreadsheet yet?  I see we've got a lot of folks who are actually getting some running in already and need to log it in.  (Cat, I know you'er busy...just don't want to go through 14 pages of thread to find the link if someone knows where one is)

Hi Judi - nope you dont have it yet!

BunnyB - 2008-10-02 9:55 PM Wow, we ARE a chatting group!! And by we I mean, the rest of you since this is only about my 4th or 5th post in the thread. LOL I was shocked to come back about 5 hours since my last post to see I needed to read about 5 pages to catch up. So, averaging 1 page per hour, will we crash BT by the end of the month? Judi - I scanned through and didn't see a link for the spreadsheet yet. I definitely think we need DarkArt Notes, Beth!

LOL!  I'm still thinking......................

you do know that if I do DarkArt Notes, you are all subject to being quoted completely out of context........................

The World According the Beth - thats what its all about!

Well the cat just laid down on the article.  So, I either move her so we can find out, or I let her stay.  Hmmmm which will it be?
