No way!

They are really great, and it helps so much in training well and efficiently. It's so much fun logging your workouts and seeing them match the graph

I'm a little sad, actually, that I'm not following a BT Iron plan, so I won't see those wonderful little green lines kissing the tops of the bars of my graph

But I will get to see really cool, proportionally appropriate stripes on my significant bars as my training builds up

I find geeky stuff like graphs poetic

That's why I would find the guys on Big Bang hot!

Wait, that sounded really wrong.

I printed out the half ironman prep, 16 w oly 2x balanced, 16 w oly run focused, 16 w oly Swim focused.

I will look over them-I hate trying to read documents on a computer screen.

I'm curious, if I may ask, what learning disability do you have?

I have ADHD without the H.

It's a challenge. I'm big on highlighters, too.

Come to think of it, I print a lot of stuff out too. Maybe comes from teaching days and grading papers, but could also be I need to see it in a tangible, easy-to-read layout instead of scrolling or what not. You can also lay pages side by side.

ADHD with the H when I'm up, not so much H when I'm down.

I cut and paste documents and rearrange them in a way that is more intuitive for me...I will start breaking up the training plans when I get home.

I make an outline/overview and then I break up the major sections into a more detailed outlines.  I am very visual and good at remembering patterns and such.

I see I see! Frankly, this makes me feel much better ... it's the empathy factor. I really struggle, it's not just that I'm lazy or stupid, in fact I can be quite smart ... and you understand that.

Now I am going to take care of something that should have been done a long time ago.  I have and entire bag full of papers that need to be shredded.  They're not even mine-they are dave's from back during his first move on labor day.  Why do I let stuff like this kick around?  Actually, once he was situated at the Moses' house I gave it back to him (with a shredder), but it just sat around there as well.

Originally I was going to let the little ones help me, but they aren't around anymore.    Thank Goodness!

I love the kids, but I had way too much on my plate.

Yeah. Other than making peanuts, life as a grad student was awesome. I got a paycheck (more money than I make now, so basically peanuts +) and killer health insurance. Generally you have to do something for the paycheck, like teaching or research, but it's usually great stuff you'd want to do anyway that augments your learning.

Hey, if he gave you stuff to shred, you're not snooping.
