ironannekidd - 2010-03-04 4:10 PM Here are a few of my favorite pictures of the birthday boy.

I can't believe how fast 10 years have gone by.

We had fun at McDonald's. French fries, warm cookies, green milkshakes, kids laughing, what's not to love.

What a handsome young man Ann! You should be very proud. I'm glad you had a nice time at McD's too. Is it that time of year already for green milkshakes???

Green milkshakes.  That means green beer can't be too far around the corner!

I had wanted to do the shamrock HM in Virginia Beach St. Patty's weekend, but it filled up fast.

I have been enjoying beer again lately. Maybe I'll have to go find some green beer on St. Patty's day. I am part Irish.

I just wanted you all to know I had a super speedy  (for me anyway) run last night. I should run more often when I have something planned with the kids.

I'll run again tonight. I'm not sure about tomorrow since I want to get a longish run in on Sunday. I don't know if I want to do that with running 4 days in a row. I do plan on swimming, if my sinuses allow me to tomorrow, and I will be going outside on my bike. Maybe that will be enough.

MORNING GHOULIES.

its the lull before the stay at home mommy storm that comes through the Y at 9.

I like this time in the morning 2nd best.  its so quiet here.  and i get to check in the Village.

my first best time is greeting the 5:30 crowd.  about 80% are my friends.

im hoping to get a long strength training session in after work today.

i was thinking maybe i would swim but realized when i got here i forgot my suit.  too late to do anything bout it.  BAH!

3 hr spintacular is on tap for tomorrow.  yahooey!

its the last 2 hr class until the Fall.  cant miss out on all the fun.  plus its still too dark/cold to get out there on my bike that early.

that goal for this month of getting out on my bike will have to wait for at least another week.

So I am debating whether to do my long run today or tomorrow as scheduled.  Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy, windy, and barely above freezing.  Today the temp will be the same, a little less wind, and sunny.  I usually don't mind running in the rain, but combined with the cold I can't imagine it being fun.

So do I switch or suck it up?

If it were me I would switch. I don't mind running in the rain either... if it's warm. Cold and windy, and rainy does not sound like a good time to me.

Or it is supposed to be 50 and sunny here tomorrow. You could come to PA and run.

PA sounds like a much better option.  Do you have any cake left over?

Yes, lots of cake left! Come on over.

If you can be here this afternoon, Dee, Kim, and I are going to the LBS at 3:00 just north of BFE.

EXCELLENT!!!

Have your IT department give me a call, too. We need to talk about the restricted use of BT during work hours. I'm sure IT person to IT person I can get them to understand.
