So... HI.

I had the most hilarious interview earlier today.

I was screening candidates for an out bound calling position in my office and one of them refused to read the script during her interview.

But she indicated that she is very interested in the position and can't wait to get started.

I'm sorry, but shoudln't you be willing to do the job to get hired to do the job?

*sigh*

blbriley - 2012-07-19 9:56 AM I guess Fred Willard figured out what RIOW stands for.  Wouldn't you think this guy could afford an internet connection in the privacy of his own home?

I had to read the article to know who Fred Willard is. I agree he likely can afford an internet connection and the privacy of his own home. Therefore I conclude that he wanted neither. The world is made up of a rich canvas of characters.

tech_geezer - 2012-07-19 1:53 PM I said a little prayer of thanksgiving just now.  G3 had a blowout on the interstate and did a 360.  She did not hit anyone.  No report yet on the car.

I hope she is alright.  High speed blowouts are always frightening.

She did not call me. She posted on Facebook.  I assume that means she is ok.

She mentioned not hitting someone else and winding up on the shoulder.  I assume her car hit a guardrail or something and has some sheetmetal damage.  She is in your fair state right now, but on the other coast.

It is a 2002 Jetta that I bought for her as her first car.  It is/was in good condition and has low mileage, but she wants a new one.  This may do it.

back to work and resting and letting things heal and scar over just like the doctor has said.  3 months and hopefully back to a semi active lifestyle.
