Just watching my TI DVD I got in the mail today...no wonder i suck at swimming...see lots of things I need help with. Thinking I'm going to add another 2 swims a week to my schedule just to do drills.

Hey, Alan. To what swim DVD are you referring?

Thanks,
Lora

I haven't seen the "Official Rules", or participants yet, but there are rumors of the losing group sporting bikinis in thier avatar for a week.  I'm not sure what this means for the guys.

How is that for motivation?

We have 2 and love them. ST has a deal on them for about $220. Ugly green but they work great.

Love the snow picture...makes me miss home (Ohio)... still trying to figure out how I landed in AZ.

I need help quickly and I figured one of you would know the answer. Is there a no fuss way to ship a bike... another words drop it off at a bike shop or UPS and they pack and deliver? If so... where? How much does it usually run?

Get this... I found an 07, used twice, Specialized Sirrus (the same one I looked at over the weekend for $829+). She is in Orange County and prefers local pick up (we are going to Disney soon so that could work, but I want it now). She wants $300 I offered $200 and I think we can meet in the middle... plus I have a Kettler tricycle for her wee one for trade. Anyhow... before calling her back today I thought I would offer a drop and they pack and ship option, but I am not sure that is a possibility and the $$$. Bonus... this bike is even the right size :-)
Please tell me there is a drop and ship option that is NOT cost prohibitive???

Elizabeth

Hi, Robyn. Yesterday was awesome. I would probably have blown working out off because of snow flurries and below freezing temps - even though only a quarter of my time was outside - if it wasn't for this group.

Thank you,
Lora

I got out of bed this morning! Yea!!!
Today is the first time I've gotten out of bed and onto the trainer. My BT plan 16 wk. Olympic called for 58 minutes but I did 50. Just like the others, I wouldn't have made it if I didn't feel the need to be accountable to you guys. Thanks!
I'm headed to the pool this afternoon to do the 29 minutes my plan calls for. I'm on track to complete my challenge goals

Elizabeth- that sounds like a good deal for the bike. I bought a mt. bike for my son on ebay and had it shipped from a bike shop to my house. I think it was around $80 for the bike shop to break down the bike, box and ship it. I don't know if that is a good price. I imagine that a bike shop in your area might be willing to put it together for you. You are amazing! I'm on the go all the time and I just have one kid and have decided to wait to get my masters until my son gets out of high school. You are superwoman.

I'm right on track for my goals. Even did some extra swimming this morning that wasn't on my schedule...got so excited about the Total Inversion stuff I was watching and reading about that I had to go do some drills this morning. It's definitely going to take some practice to gain that kind of balance in the water but I know it's going to pay off.

Way to go Les in getting out of bed today!!!!

Hi Guys,

Ronen from Jesswah's group here.

If everyone here meets or exceeds their goals - to some it may sound like those goals where set with an easy-to-meet mindset... - just kidding! good luck to you all...

Don't you worry, though. I heard that when we'll win, we'll let you choose between white or red bikinis

Have a great day!

Just for you Ronen, IF I should happen to lose, I am wearing white...and it will be wet...and see through and nothing on under neath...so NOTHING is held to the imagination. Laughing
