Halloween was good - different but good

we went out for dinner and then bowling and arcade games

my son was bumming about being in a new place and not having friends to hang out with, so I wanted to do something fun, but distracting and actually quite un-halloween like

(we just moved to PA 2 months ago)

Man thats tough for him I'm sure.  It's cool of you though to think of him and go out and do fun things the two of you!  I'm sure it won't be too much longer and he'll have a good group of buds and he'll be glad of the move. (though I'm sure he'll never actually say that out loud)

Believe it or not it is 64 here in Denver.

I'll have you know that the arm sleeves are not compression, just for warmth. It was 40 degrees!

But you'll love this. I bought full compression tights at the marathon expo last night. I'll be recovering in them after the race tomorrow. I *heart* compression!

Yeah, better hurry up and train, we're running out of time!!!!! I think I'll do a little 26.2 mile training run tomorrow to kick it off.

So I'm likely going to do the Horribly Hilly 200K in your neck of the woods. Have you done that?

Open the pic in your album, right clip and copy the image location. Then go to the little tree here and paste the URL in. That should do it!
