hopped on a little early. stopped off to get some portable grub for the Wild Things to have for dinner when they come to the Y w me tonight.

didnt think that poptarts outta the vending machine qualified as a well balanced meal.

i bought some decent looking strawberries. im hoping they taste OK.

im SERIOUSLY spoiled when it comes to strawberries. the farmers market up the road where i buy most of our produce through the summer gets homegrown strawberries in that are just UNBELIEVABLY good. they've ruined me FOR LIFE.

cant wait until they open up for the season....until then i'll 'bear' the grocery store bought ones.

oh so nice to see him and we joked it was the first time we saw each other outside of Mad Mex. [and here i though he lived there. LOL]

he gave me a wonderful hug AND kiss on my cheek goodbye.

and i gave him a wink and told him we need to make a habit of seeing each other outside of Mad Mex.

oooooh. and i did i mention ICECREAM MAN came back to the Y yesturday...with his kids....asking me how my icecream was. i of course 'gushed' about how great the icecream was. smile.

each time he's been there hes asked me what time im done w work...and i keep thinking...he's gonna ask me out for drinks or coffee or somethin. come dude, just ask. LOL.

im ok with icecream though.....for now.

I had 9 kids at my house Saturday night. They went through 4 lbs of strawberries! There were cookies, chips, brownies, and candy, and they kept coming back for strawberries.

I got an interesting email today. I've been invited to Phase 1 testing for the FBI next month. Truth be told, the process will probably take way too long and leave me a substantial gap in employment but I'm definitely going to go to the initial testing. Wish me luck!
