Mmmmm...I'm good for awhile getting used to 30C...All joking aside, I actually slept topless last night Haha.  Just last night? My favorite thing to sleep in is the sheets. I wear nothing more than I wear something. Yes...but you are Nekkid..and I`m from Canada...brrr in winter time? I'm more used to clothing than not clothing...haha...I find it distracting? without clothes on? There is just NO good way for me to respond to this! You know I don't mean it like that! Distracting as in like "something is missing"...clothing rubbing?...do not make that dirty  It's like you don't even know me at all. |

LP is also almost 300 miles north of here (practically on the Canadian border you Canuck you) so it should be about 10 degrees cooler at least. I'm guessing you'll be racing in mid 70's to low 80's during the afternoon. |

Since I'm not on a specific plan right now I felt like just doing a good hard pace run, and I am quite happy with how it went. Not as consistent as I would have liked on the way back, but it's been a while since I've done a hard run like that so I'll take it! |
