I really hate teaching a new class. The students always have a hard time the first week. True,.. but good instructors are rare so once they figure you up Im sure they will just keep coming back to see ya! Yeah, I know. I had a loyal following at my last gym. I'm a tough instructor. I don't let them rest between songs. They have to keep going! REst? as long as you let me drink some water between tracks Im good... You should meet Glen (my old spin instructor) ... I get a feeling you two would have similar styles.... toughest classes I have EVER done! I do tell them to drink. It's amazing how many people actually have to be reminded to drink water. It blows my mind!!! |

Im actually tiring of the parties and events... next on is Thursday and Im hoping thats it for this year... is a quiet night at home acceptable for New Years if I watch the fireworks? LOL - no, not too often, that's why it's so much fun - I'm really not feeling to guilty today I think a quiet night is more than acceptable for New Years! I personally think New Year's Eve parties are highly overrated |

My professor was from a small town and we spent the first part of our trip where he grew up. Friends of his hosted a dinner for the group of us, we drank a lot of beer, sang silly american songs for them, they sang silly german songs for us, we watched the fireworks - I'll never forget it! |

Apart from that we just lazed around home...
