Well, I'm off to spinning class - it's one I don't normally attend, so I don't know if the class is 45 min or an hour, either way I'll be that much closer

if all else fails, there's a spinnning class tomorrow at the gym, or worst, worst case, I will resort to the stationery bike

Whew!  The class was good and I was able to get in 60 minutes, only 5 min short of my goal, guess I need to go tomorrow night as well

Good news, that brings our team total to over 100% - Mila's avatar is safe!!!!

Now, though, that doesn't mean that we shouldn't all try to finish this out at 100% or better

BRRR.... Have you not looked out the window yet????  Better get the trainer out, b/c it's still snowing. Wish i had a trainer.... good thing I got time n yesterday.

I should be able to finish up tomorrow after lunch.

and... Done.  Thanks to you guys for helping me log my biggest month on the bike ever!!  Might have been a tough month at times for me, but when I am on the bike in my HIM come September, will be glad I did it.
