Regular 64 Killeen, TX | Subject: RE: Team Olympic Onions Rings Oooohhh, breakfast? Bagels, cream cheese, smoked salmon, and capers sound much better than my plain yogurt with granola. I will probably have oatmeal for my mid morning snack…doesn’t make it any better. So today I have a 1800 yd swim and an 8 mile run. Hope to get it done this afternoon after work (off early on Friday’s) then plan to chill out, which will probably entail cleaning the house. Saturday is a 30 (?) mile ride and Sunday is the first race of the season. Must go to work now...urgh. |
