Good morning all........it seems like most TNT'ers are evening people....well not me.

I am up early most days and like to go train early but that means you won't see me sat up late on BT ~~post padding~~ chatting......I just can't stay up late.....Ican't burn the candle at both endsany more.

I need to post some fun kids pics soon too. Went swimming with my dd who just turned 2 about a week ago and she was hilarious. SHe just kept wanting jump in the pool over and over......maybe chlorine in the blood is generic???

Anyway, no work till Thursday for me this week (woohoo) so get to train and hang out with the kids for a few days and the weather here is fantastic. Looks like we might break some records today.....in the mid-high 90's today....that is why I got out and rode early this morning.

Oh well.....off to grab a bit of brekkie. Hope you all had a good weekend and have already got some solid training in!

ok ok, i'm up i'm up!!
and what do you know? i remembered to eat breakfast! (and i actually slept, that might have had something to do with it!) allrighty, so i'm heading out for a runny run run. probably not a super long one, as i have to get my butt out the door this morning but i'll try to log a few miles anyway.

I'm just thankful there is a local (indoor) Olympic-sized pool!

It's freakin' cold here, too - for this time of the year. Normally we have already been to the outdoor pool several times since Memorial Day but it hasn't been warm enough to even think about it. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS WEATHER....EEEEEKKKKKK....global COOLING!!!
