I plan on running with one of the two running clubs tonight. I might also squeeze in a bike ride. After all that the beer will be flowing.

He he - I'm all for the beer. Well thats why we run isn't it? To make up for all the crap we eat & drink *lol*

BEER!!!!!! I have not seen a beer in over 6 months (they do not allow it over here) -- UGH!!!!! First you guys show pictures of great looking food and now beer!!!! If the heat and the running does not kill; I think that the food and beer talk might

so I guess visiting my blog to get my enchilada recipe is out of the question?

I hope you enjoy it when you get home!  If I thought they would make a trip overseas I'd make a pan and send them to you

so I sort of started setting up a FB account today

so, the other night you all were talking about something - games I think it was and you said it started on FB

I said that DD has 'forbidden' me from creating a FB profile - (she's in HS, well, just graduated and apparently it would be an embarrassment for her mother to be on facebook.- never mind the fact that her friends think I am totally cool -lol........)

well, in the meantime, I got a couple of emails inviting me to be a friend on FB from some people I know - so I decided what the heck  - if my daughter finds my profile out there - so be it -

I haven't quite completed the profile yet though
