Slept in today....I can not believe that I did not even feel my husband get up, hear him gathering his clothes...WOW...I must have been pooped! 

Oh well, not any more...cuz....I'm going to ride my bicycle, I'm going to ride my bike! just like the song says! hehe

And yes, although I have not run in a 10K or otherwise...I will be racing this weekend in a duathlon...as Team Dorothy and this will be me except our whole group of racers are wearing pink for Dorothy as that was her favorite color. I hope she helps me go faster...hehe! so, Beth...this is how I will be feeling this weekend! next to all those other racers who are TOTALLY in shape, skinny, no body fat, all pumped up..and then theres me! but I will be in their shape...just not quite there yet! hehe

Beth...can you give me the link to the challenge sheet for the Blisters...thanks. I just updated my ticker tape and wanted you to know that I am now up to 32.25 miles and plan on doing 6 miles on Saturday...so...that will give me a total of 38.25....thanks again for posting this for me...I am not sure why I can not access the page!?

When I try to access it allows me to see it - but at the top it says view only! and then when I click on the cell to enter my numbers - it does nothing! ;o(

I was an excel guru...not sure why I can not enter a simple number!?! things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

whatever you do...if and when you get really exhausted...do not do thisbecause you may be stuck for a while...and then you would not get to run, play tennis and ride  your motorcycle! he  he! see you and Kendra soon and we will be doing this....  Be careful in your travels!
