OK - so its Wednesday now, and I fly out on Saturday. I have not done ANY exercise for 3 whole days I am soooo bad. And to make matters worse I had two glasses of wine last night and some chocolate. BAD me.

I have an hour or so free now at work so I am going down to the gym RIGHT NOW to buy some casual gym passes for Thurs & Friday. I hope I get there, or else I'm going to be donating $1 to charity because of my stupid 150km goal *LOL*

Uh oh. A new FB addict is born................

not sure about that yet

I'm still sort of weirded out about my kids being in the same community as me..........I mean, can I really be myself?????

YEAH!!!! Yep, you WILL be a FB junkie before long. Nevermind your kid is on there. It's actually pretty awesome to be on there with your kid because then you can keep an eye out for her. Remember, employers WILL LOOK AT FB PROFILES - make sure hers is in good shape!

BTW, I'm Tracy Endo on FB. There is probably only one of me!

Alright, I got a 5 mile run in this morning.  It started off slow, but I picked up the pace.  I didn't hurt as bad on the second half, maybe that was because I started running immeadiatly after riding my bike into work.  Who knows.

All the tickets I wrote you are the reason I got the badge, lol.

I've been getting some runs in too. I did a 45 min run today, and the past two days- meaning I have done 3 runs in a row this week!

That's awesome.  I was actually joking about the first comment.  Great job on getting runs on three days in a row.

A pretty rainbow?  That is an interesting visual that I didn't think I would have gotten today.  I wish you good luck on your run later today.

No run for me today......I'm riding to and from work today....that's about it.

Our annual Toga Run at work was planned for tomorrow, but because so many folks are out of town, at conferences etc this week we have rescheduled it for the 24th July.

(Toga Run is basically the a group of folks who all run at work regularly go and get dressed in togas, run down the main street in town at lunchtime, stop at a local eatery for Caesar salads, of course, and then run back.....no real reason, just a good excuse to make fools of ourselves)

So I suppose that just gives me more time to develop a more awesomely embellished toga and hopefully be able to avoid any potentially embarrassing "wardrobe malfunctions" which seem to be a regular occurance in this annual event!!!

Don't worry.....pics will come....promise!

you can do whatever you want lynne, this is totally casual (hence the name-"casual run challenge") and you're not on a team, it's just you, and you and you. if you want to change your thing go ahead
LOVE the panda with the puke, omg that made me laugh!!!

Ok. Then I am changing my mileage to hours if that's ok. Not cheating. It's just that I'm now  set up on the Wii Fit at work and you run with people! It doesn't give you distances however so time for me is better.

40 hours. Dats my goal. I'll change it on the spreadsheet too.

 Thanks guys. You da pants!
