I had a delay this morning.  My youngest tripped while playing basketball and fell head-first into a boulder that I have on the base of the basketball setup so the setup doesn't tip over.  I decided it was a good idea to have him checked over at the doctor's office.  He has a nasty goose-egg on his forehead above his left eye.

Anyways, hopefully in the next 10 to 15 minutes, I'll have my write-up completed.

Like I said, drinks kept finding me, plus it was a sly comment so could go either way.  I did get hit on be a lady in her mid 30's though.   It was funny to me to see her try to flirt.  Guess the shiny ring on my finger didn't mean anything to her.

Hey freaks, I was updating the spreadsheet (did a little core, legs, etc. work yesterday) and decided to quickly check some logs and it turns out that Kendra in fact did 5 sessions last week but the spreadsheet said 4. I updated it and will take a moment to check the others as well.

Should we have a captain? I know it's late in the month, but on challenges with captains there is someone to make sure the reporting is accurate.

Can you tell I'm still bummed about being in 4th place?!?!

I am sitting here in my swimsuit, but alas not swimming. My arm felt funny when I put a long sleeve shirt on and I have mountains of work to do so I'm going to run later instead.

Thanks to those that responded to my 10,000th post thread!

I did a quick run through and it looks like there was some SERIOUS relational talks going on last night, and even a reference to the male genitalia was mentioned!  Oh, my!

Travis got hit on by the spectrum of an "older" woman, perhaps a GMILF?? , and a younger cougar.

I vote for Captain Kristin, too.  That's 2 thus far.
