my first for the year is the day before...also a sprint...this was my first triahtlon ever last year....and it was a DOOOZY! the run has some veritcal hill climbs...my dh rode with me while I ran....and he loves hill climbing and was zig zagging on one of the climbs!! but on the bright side...we do have a downhill run to the finish! 'cept for that one little grunt of a climb to the stadium where you finish!

i have no idea what the course is like

the bike and run course are the same - 7 loops for the bike, 2 for the run...

the swim is indoors.

its at a local university, thats only 30 mins away...

so im gonna take a ride up and 'case the joint'

hopefully do a trng session in the pool, maybe ride the course

the bike/run course is around campus, so im not sure w school in session how free ill be to ride around, but....its worth it, even just to get an idea of the terrain.

cool that were racing together that weekend.
