Yeah, we had some pedialyte popsicles that helped. I feel pretty much over it now. Lifted weights, ran, and swam today - no problems. Tomorrow am (oops, later this am ) is my favorite spin class. Great teacher (tri guy ). May get a bit of a swim in too. I enjoyed that article on "building a strong base." I am somewhat short of that mark - I always feel like I am short of time and need to make the most of the time I have. I do really enjoy a long swim or long run at a low intensity pace tho. |
