I've missed a whole day or two of partying  Things just get so crazy this time of the school semester because everyone has papers due, tests going on etc. I have one major paper due next monday, so I'm not sure how much I will be on here in between all the turkey festivities and writing a paper. But, I'm feeling better on my run goal... finally over 50% completed after my 4 miler yesterday. I have another 4 and a 5 scheduled in for next week with a couple 3's in there, so I should be good for my goal by the end of the month. Heading to the pool today after class. I'm going to be working on the drills from Total Immersion. This guy seems like a genius... so if his drills really help me, I'll be highly recommending his book to everyone. I also might bike this afternoon if I have time, otherwise I will for sure tomorrow morning. If I don't get back before tomorrow, I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! |

It's driving me nuts that even after 4 days of avoiding any physical activity my ankle seems to think it's ok to swell a little, and to bark at me when I try to run. Although it didn't hurt at all when I was wearing my boots with the 3 inch heels tonight. Hmmm. I'm thinking it's some muscle/tendon thing. I wish my body could keep up with me. I wanna run more, faster, farther.
