I am having some soreness and muscle spasms in the hamstring and inner thigh area. I am accepting applications now for someone to come and rub these areas extensively.

gonna go and enjoy the sunshine!!!! yay!

question is where i want to ride.

options:

#1 yellow creek: quiet country road

#2 north park: relatively quiet bike route around a lake

#3 streets of Cranberry: quiet ride on residential streets right outside the front door w a Starbucks stop 3/4 of the way through the ride

#4 streets of Cranberry + ride to/from the Y: ride on Hwy w a wide berm but i can get in a swim mid-ride and figure out how my Saturday commutes will take.

#5 streets of Cranberry + ride to/from the Y, past Starbucks on the way home....that or Mad Mex.

WHAT WILL THE QUEEN DO??

Oh don't worry, I don't.

It's just usually quiet in the morning so I figured I'd try to do some of what they pay me for now. If I'd have known the village was going to be so busy that stuff would have waited until later!

I did apply for 2 gov't jobs this morning, too. One of them is in Gettysburg. If I worked there I could ride one of my bikes to work!
