Night night nibbins!

I still haven't changed out of my work clothes... khakis, a polo shirt with a cotton sweater.

I took the train home and then fought traffic to get back DOWN to Fleet Feet... something was seriously jacked with the US 50/Watt Avenue interchange and traffic was snafu'ed all to hell.

awwww, long day?

I spent the day sleeping on my couch - now I am wide awake

I think I slept for something like 5 - 7 hrs this afternoon and evening

I want your drugs.

I just found out before I left work today that I've got to drive to f*cking Fresno at 6 am Friday morning for a 10 am meeting that's going to last all of a half hour because they 'want us there'. We could do the whole meeting over the phone. Its ridiculous.

that is ridiculous!

my drugs aren't really all that great - the sleep was due to a total lack of sleep last night because of pain - :-(

that doesn't surprise me - most people don't understand the need to do any sort of exercise, let alone partipate in an endurance event

Well, its like this... what if they run out of size medium tshirts by the time I get there?

I want a f'ing tshirt for this race more than any. I've worked my behind off to get ready for this no matter how it turns out since APRIL. Why do I need to go to a stupid meeting of a bunch of total planning geeks who will talk about NOTHING on Friday that they have any power to influence? LOL

Yeah, I'm crabby... I'm a potential marathoner on the edge...

Just takes a little planning... Is it plausible to conference call in to the meeting from cell or home phone? If so... On Thur afternoon start getting the chills and feel nauscious... Fri morning call in with diarrhea and vomiting... No One will want you in the car... Boda-Boom Boda-Bing - you've ended up beoing off the whole day minus your little conference call.
