Subject: RE: ITB Issues - Should I train through it.I stopped for a few weeks and started stretching on long steps during the work day. I also walked up and down screen guards, from the third to second floor. I am now up to 32 minutes of running. I know I am still doing something wrong, but I run by myself. So the other night I sat the Digicam on the bed and recorded about 10 minutes of running on the treadmill. I kept uping the pace untill the camera stopped. I plan on taking it to a sports doctor, as soon as I find one in my area. Next race September 20th, then if I am still ok a 13.1 in October. If not, then the bike Joe |
