Did i drink too much on my ride today? (Page 2)

I live in central Floriduh also, I am 6'0'' and 170 lbs, I drink about 1 large bike bottle an hour, so if I drank as much as you did on that ride, I would be blowing chunks.

As to peeing on the bike, I remember my second IM race, rolled into T2 and I had pee in my left shoe and vomit in the right one, good times!

I did buy new shoes after that one, they sat in my trunk over night and when I opened it the next morning I thought I saw satan himself looking back at me.

Its not that difficult, just lift, adjust, flow, wash off, buy new shoes!!!
