I know I have similar pee problems (very frequent), but I think that may be because I tend to overhydrate before I start a long bike or run. I peed right before we started as well... It's a tough call to say that peeing too often is a problem. If you agree that it is practically impossible to match your sweat rate through drinking, then it is far better to be over-hydrated than under-hydrated. |
