Subject: RE: WTF?All right went to the pool again today, I had to find out if it was a fluke. Did 1100 yards no-rest. My main thing is the no-rest part cause before this I was doing 500-750 yards a session but I would rest 10-15 sec. every 50 or so, AND was gassed. After todays 1100 I felt great, tired but not breathing at all probabaly 145-150 BPM (counted for 30 secs. ) KeriKandi, where in Houston can I get an OWS in hopefully before Friday, I dont want to do much on Saturday, but rest. Planning on taking tomorrow off then going for between 1000-1500 yards on Wednesday and Thursday. Advice if anyone thinks i'm over doing it. Keri I was at the clinic as well. |
