These are my totals since January.  I started my base in November and those totals are not included in the numbers below.  This was my second Ironman.  I was following, but exceeded the Intermediate BT plan.

2008 Totals:
Bike:  228h 15m -  4096.69 mi
Run:     103h 2m  -  710.59 mi
Swim:  93h 45m  - 217,938 yds

In 2007 I did a September IM ( Grand Columbian ).  In 2008 I did IM CdA in June.
